How it works.

  1. Each row, column, and 3×3 box uses the digits 1–9 exactly once — same as classic sudoku.
  2. The grid is divided into cages outlined by thicker borders. Every cage has a small target sum in its top-left corner.
  3. The digits inside a cage must add up to that sum, and no digit can repeat within a cage.
  4. There are no starting digits. The cage sums give you everything you need.

A new Killer Sudoku set is published every day at midnight Pacific — five tiers, all sharing the date. Your progress saves to whichever tier you’re solving, on the device you’re on.
