Welcome to Diabolical. Tier 5 techniques don't work inside one unit. They work across the whole board, chaining one cell to the next through strong links — units where a digit has exactly two homes. Simple Coloring is the gentlest of these chain techniques. It marks the chain with two colors and finds eliminations from the geometry.
