A puzzle in costume.
The full sudoku in three card treatments — Malt Shop, Deco Lounge, Hot Metal. Underneath: the same engine, the same grading, the same single-solution promise. The styling just makes it nicer to look at.
Pick a card.
Choose a style at the top of the panel, set the difficulty, and the preview will mock up the finished card — that's the exact puzzle that prints as #1 in your batch.
The standard 9×9 sudoku, dressed in a vintage card. Every puzzle has one solution and a difficulty rating that corresponds to the moves it actually requires. What you see in the preview is the first puzzle in your PDF.
Worth leaving on a table.
Underneath the card art, it's the same engine, the same single-solution verification, the same technique-based grading. Costume only.
Malt Shop, Deco Lounge, Hot Metal — three palettes for three moods. Each one is a complete card design, not just a header swap.
Generous spacing, calm typography, ink-on-paper feel. Good for a dinner-party puzzle, a framed solve-night gift, or a café table tent.
For dense, plain practice batches the standard generator is one click away — same puzzle quality at up to six per page.
Good to know.
What treatments are on offer?
Three. Malt Shop is a 1950s soda-fountain palette of cream and red. Deco Lounge is parchment with triple gilded borders, all supper-club era. Hot Metal is aged paper with pressed type, like a run off an old printshop bed. Different rooms, same puzzle.
Is the puzzle itself the same as on the plain generator?
Exactly the same. The engine, the solution verification, and the difficulty grading all match what the standard generator produces. The styling is purely visual chrome around an identical grid.
Why only one or two puzzles per page?
The decorative card needs room to read. If you want a higher-density practice batch (six per page or large-print) without the styling, the plain generator does that in one click.
Will it print well from a home printer?
Yes. The palettes were picked to print cleanly from any home inkjet or laser — solid colors on a light ground, no gradients to muddy. They also frame nicely if you want to make a gift of one.
Where does the answer key go?
If you leave the option checked, the solutions print after the puzzle pages. Every answer carries the same identifier as its puzzle, so cross-checking is fast.
Cost?
Nothing. No account, no email gate, no watermarking. Print as many as you want.
